At what point do you think I will get that Robert is ready to potty train? He has already taken off his diaper and thrown his poop around his room. He has taken off his diaper and ran around naked. Whenever I try to go to the bathroom, Robert runs in after me saying POTTY! Would these be the signs of a child ready to potty train?
I am living in denial. I AM NOT READY! I can't imagine trying to potty train 3 boys. Leigha was easy, she was dry every morning since she was about 18 months old. It came natural to her. One time on the potty (where she actually went potty) and that was it for her. No accidents, no need to wear pull-ups to bed, nothing! I am not naive enough to know that it won't be that easy this time.
On November 5, I got a glimpse into how much Robert really understands the whole diapering situation. Kitty cat needed a diaper change.
Step 1: Undo the diaper, be careful to open it up fully.
Step 2: Place diaper under kitty's bottom and get the wipes ready!
Step 3: Be a little different! Wipe the diaper instead of the butt.
Step 4: Show the dirty wipe to the Kitty, therefore leaving the diaper behind.
Step 5: Place kitty back on diaper.
Step 6: Grab tabs and wrestle the diaper closed!
There you have it, it's time to train the Kitty Cat, too!

rotf!! you are a hoot! hilarious...and good luck, just training one boy at a time was a job!
My oldest was a dream to potty train just like you described Leigha, but I have my fears about our trio too. I'd just try one at a time for now... if he's ready, which it certainly sounds like he is!
All I have to say is that is a kitty??? LOL.
