Biltmore Estate

After church, my family headed out to the Biltmore Estate to have lunch at the Deer Park Inn.



The boys were a bit more adventurous this year with the foods that they would try. Robert is definitely willing to give more things a try, once he smells it, of course.







After lunch, we headed over to the gardens and the little petting zoo area. I have to admit, I had never seen a scarecrow like this one!



Leigha loves flowers, she could have walked around the grounds all day (well, maybe not WALKED).



It's amazing how much horses can grow in a 24 hour period of time. I think the size of these horses was just a bit overwhelming for the boys, at first.



Eventually, they all warmed up to the horse.

The goats were definitely the favorites, though. They followed them around every where they went.
